Dismissal. Even if they aren't found guilty need to be suspended 2-3 games. Have to learn to turn the other cheek if you're playing for a Top 25 school competing for the National Title. Those guys have it made getting a free education, get to travel to big stadiums, on national tv. Can't be fighting because someone dis you.
