And the big deal is? I'd rather good chips and fresh salsa, which are free at almost every Mexican restaurant every day. I do not support Izzos.

I like Izzo's salsa. And they have great guac.

Damn I already got Fried Chicken lunch special on the menu for tomorrow, but I've been wanting to try Izzo's. The one in Metry?

Yeah. It's part of their 10-year-anniversary thing.

This. It amazes me how much a $1.50 value excites people.

People constantly bitch on this board about prices, so why does this shock you?

I don't steal either. The concept of a burrito is anathema to me. Mixing all those dull, earthy flavors does nothing. I attribute the popularity of the burrito to the burrito's excessive carb content. Fat people love carbs, and America and Mexico have a lot of fat people.

When are we going to lunch, buoy?

You hate burritos to the point that you think they should be banished because fat people like earthy flavors with high carbs? That seems a bit silly and, honestly, pretentious.

Banished? I only gave reasons for why I don't like them.

anathema means you dislike something to the point that it should be banished or excommunicated. That it is evil.

I don't dislike burritos nor do I particularly love them. I much prefer a good taco. If I do get a burrito, I always get it w/o rice as I agree with you that the carbs are a bit much.

In the context of this thread, this is one of the best posts I've read in a long time.

I agree. But that's what made the last post pretty awesome.

Go look up the word anathema in the dictionary. Almost always the first definition is to dislike something greatly. "In the context of this thread" it's pretty clear I used the phrase to describe how much I dislike burritos. Anathema can also mean to reject and excommunicate, but you'd be pushing the envelope of credulity to argue that I was arguing that burritos "should be banished." Just admit you put words in my mouth, apologize, and move on.

buoy, admit it, you love me.
