From all the research i have done into their sea keeping and fuel economy i am really surprised catamarans aren't more common here in the states. It seems in Australia, New Zealand and South Africa you find far less monohulls. I guess it has something to do with aesthetics.
ETA: If by some chance i hit the powerball soon there will be a Freeman 33 parked in the driveway
