I love this show, it's freaking addictive. Help me, does anybody else think this show is worth a shite?

I know, it's the one where they actually open the storage units and have an auction. Please talk me out of it or convince me I'm not crazy.

Alright, now we are gonna have to work through this slowly. No sudden movements. You don't want to knock the remote out of reach, then you are stuck on this show.
Step 1: Slowly reach for the remote. I SAID SLOWLY!!
Step 2: Grab the remote with a firm grip. Not too firm though.
Step 3: Change the channel cause that show is retarded.
Step 4: Smile because your tv watching experience just got better.
Follow those 4 foolproof steps and you are on your way to happiness.

What I hate about the show is they see something and go, "This is worth around 200-300." then right away it adds their money made as 300. As if they get top dollar on everything. Also almost everytime the locker will suck looks like they will lose money then this unknown item comes and brings in the money.

That's a fault on all of those shows. "These comics are marked $5! I'm going to get $5 for each of these comics!""That's a $200 TV!"
They don't know if any of the appliances work, but they can get at least $50 for all of them.

Yep. That's the problem I have with the show. They show you how much they "made," when in reality it's just the top dollar appraisal.
Also, the show is bullshite in general. Completely staged.
I still watch every once in a while because it interests me. I like seeing the random shite they "find."

I dont know about shite, but I believe all those guys are friends and the show is scripted.

I think that these shows (for the most part) are honest when it comes to what they find. But I think they purchase a hundred lockers for every ten that they show.
I think the Auction Hunters on Spike are the fakest. They're regularly finding jet engines, jet planes, antique firearms, boats, bobcats... just ridiculous shite.

at the beginning of every episode, it says that ton and the other guy buy hundreds per year, and the show showcases the TOP few % of great finds. Losers dont make the cut.
