I listen to them daily, and I don't get the hate stuff toward LSU. Maybe I missed it.

some of the worst shitte I've ever heard...Saints playing their first preseason game and it's not even a topic.....

In the state of Louisiana, only Tangipahoa and Jefferson Parish are die hard about the Saints. There are many of saints fans all over the state, but Louisiana, like most states in the South, are die hard college football fans.
With that said, I just moved near Hammond and all I get are New Orleans news stations that do nothing but talk about the Saints. I guess it makes sense because there are universities in Hammond and New Orleans, but on the same hand it is rediculous. New Orleans news is a freaking joke and its annoying as hell and I'm about ready to cancel charter and look for a new method of getting tv.
In short: Br news stations discuss the Saints, New Orleans News Stations rarely discuss LSU. Freaking scandalous whimps trying to brain wash the next generations into bringing their $$$ for Saints season tickets and not even knowing LSU exists.

so when I watch 4, 6 8 and they do daily segments on LSU football.........they are really talking about the Saints

frick the Saints. I want LSU and LSU all day. But I live in NO and the only time the little 870 talks LSU is when it involves a negative topic or title talk. I don't think Gus and Larry are negative towards LSU, they have to talk saints and Tulane. Just like the others. But I think 690 has the best sports talk in NO. Who wants to hear Bob Delgorno talk about the Saints with his yankee accent? Spud on Saints? NO THANK YOU.
I turned on the 9 pm news Thursday night and the first ten minutes were all about the saints and Tom Benson's car dealership renovation/ribbon cutting. Kill me. They ought to just make their news a reality show about Benson and the Saints.
Baton Rouge people complain about the numerous terrible LSU sports radio hosts...we don't have that luxury in NO. I wish I could dice up who sucks and who is decent in regards to LSU coverage in NO, but I can't. They all talk as little as possible about the Tigahs.

Wow as a Tulane fan I can say we dont really view these guys as Tulane fans. Sure they talk more Tulane than the other stations because our games are on that station, but most of the times they just take shots at how bad we have been.
