If Turner is still here. Strong rumors that he's looking to leave.
Good riddance then. That was his problem last year, he didn't compete! I want fighters on the team. I envision a scrappy Nolan Richardson team. Tough defense, run and gun!

NC State will be hosting 6'6 2/3 Ralston Turner this weekend for an official visit. ESPN BIO Two-year starter at LSU, great size, very good shooter.
From NC State Scout board.

Yeah, I saw it when you saw it, but I wanted to see it from another source.
Also, quit winking at me homo.

I firmly believe that LSU will add to this class with another post player. If this thing with Odoh is not worked out, then it will potentially be a graduate transfer. The pickings are slim, but there are more announcing each day.

SEC made graduate transfers illegal last year in response to Auburn trying to get Russell Wilson to replace Cam Newton

Yeah, supposedly. However, there are a bunch of loopholes. Kentucky is recruiting graduate transfers left and right as we speak. They've lost two and are going after a third right now.

The story below says Turner has been released which must be true since he's taking visits. Gottfried recruited him while at Bama. It also has comments from Turner's old AAU Coach.

He's been a disappointment to this point.

Taz and Temple helped by being big at the 2 and 3 I'd imagine
Temple is a point guard.

You can bring in a player on an official visit even if they are enrolled/under scholarship at another school?

You can if they've been granted a release. At that point, they are like a regular recruit and can take their official visits.

Losing Turner hurts, but its not a huge loss. Honestly, Isaac could take his place if he brings a little more offense to the game.

Yeah, I just saw the article mentioning the release. It's not that big of a loss. He barely stood out on terrible teams.

I guess you could say that

Looks like Issac is gone too.

D-mitch played pt that yr pal, but yes, unfortunately we had to run Temple at 1 sometimes. Good defender, terrible shooter imo. I think you got the point though.

There are a bunch of tweets this morning saying Turner is deciding between NC State and LSU. Are we really still a possibility and letting a guy shop around but he can come back as well?
