I am sure glad I had ran across this thread. My phone has been ringing off the hook with people trying to lease my place in Pointe Coupee parish. Offers of $175 and 20% for 5 years. Told them to take a walk and when they are willing to pay $200/22.5% for 3 years, then I might talk.
