I wouldn't get too emotionally attached to these shots & videos. Nolan has been known to shoot multiple scenes in multiple locations and use stand-in lookalikes to throw people off.

Well who else would have been better? Even if they had the Joker in this film, I would have liked to see The League of Shadows and Talia make an appearance to make the trilogy come full circle. Would have been interesting to see Jokers Mob and The League go head to head, due to the fact both have opposing ideals: chaos and order/balance. Plus to make Batman come out of hiding, the antagonists have to be extremely threatening and personal for Batman, and the League of Shadows or the Joker are the only two choices really. For not having the Joker, I think the trilogy is going in it's best conceivable direction.

I agree, I don't think anything huge was given away in these videos. Aside from confirming Talia is in the movie and that there is an apparent Jail break with prisinors being let free and a few stills of Batman and Bane fighting (which we all knew would happen in the film). Nothing plot wise is hurt by this.
