He's the best punter in the league, and they still have ~$45mil to spend on free agents. If you're gonna suck... may as well have a good punter.

He was 8th for punts inside the 20 and 3rd on touchbacks. He made 39.2% of his punts inside the 20 last year. Best in the league may be an exaggeration, but he gets good hang time and hits the 20 or better pretty frequently. Tampa Bay seems to think he is pretty good.
I just hope they spend another 20mil on a kicker, and maybe another 20 on a long snapper.
