Anybody ever own or fish out of one? Considering purchasing 21' for Big Lake. Thoughts?

I have a 22ft Tournament Edition w/ 250 Yamadog. Absolutely love it. You should get one.

Have a 2110 w/ 150 four stroke Yamaha, love it, have been in it since April this year. For the money I think it's a great value with excellent fit and finish. It's not an Everglades, etc. but very nice for the money. I've fished in a ton of bay boats, fished yesterday in a comparabe sized Blazer Bay. Would still take the Nautic Star.
As for the ride, it's got a little deeper V than most standard 21 ft bay boats. As a result it does very well going head on into seas when crossing a lake or bay against the wind. However, like most any bay boat I know it'll jar you on a quartering sea. Unloaded I can get 52mph (GPS) out of mine but with a typical load top out around 48-49. shoot me an email if you have other questions specific to that model

They are great riding boats, with tons of storage. I like they layout of them.

How much is a brand new or year old 22 tourney?

Our 19 offshore(just has a deep v hull) was 27K after upgrading to a 150 ( max horsepower)

idk if i want an offshore. also, if i did i would want twins. i would rather have 2-100s than a 200. I wouldnt care if i couldnt plane with 1 motor cause if one broke down i would rather be able to have a quick limp back in rather than using a kicker.

yea its a lot of money, but got it loaded out and upgraded the engine to a 250. i dont mind spending lots of money on boating/fishing things. its my addiction.

That attitude is why im gonna be broke one day.

between my golf and fishing addictions, it amazes me that i still have money left over for my pern addiction.
