It's not that it wasn't written well, it's that it missed the real issue. LSU did not buy the Kansas JUCO package and the California JUCO package to review them in their entirety and find "diamonds in the rough." LSU bought those "packages" to get in-season footage of Zach Mettenberger and Anthony Denham. Lyles would only give us that video if we bought the whole package. So unless ESPN is arguing that the Denham and Mettenberger footage is poor quality or dated (which to my knowledge, neither is true), then it's irrelevant what the other footage in the "packages" looked like or when they were filmed.

ESPN has revolutionized the sports world.

I don't think ESPN hates LSU and could care less if they do.

They keep showing our games and giving us tons of coverage. For an LSU Alumn who doesn't live in the area, this is gold.

You act like the just chose LSU to follow. They play for the ratings. LSU made itself marketable not the other way around. Where were all the LSU games on ESPN in the early 90's?
