The Sox's farm system has been vastly superior to them for 10 years. The payroll is big because they have good players. And they developed quite a few of those players.

Nah I hate the fricking yanks and sox, I'm a braves fan and grew up going to lots of o's game before this sox nation showed up to every road game used to maybe see a few thousand at a game now half every ball park is full of em. I have no dog in the sox vs yanks argument it just funny when sox fans with no connection to new england call yankee fans bandwagon and shite

wont even get into players like Dice K, JD Drew, or Mike Cameron that they attempted to sign to improve the team.
