I always liked Fluer De Lis pizza...Real laid back but only open until like 6pm or something like that.

I take a lot of my first dates to Fleur de lis. Pizza and beer... And relaxed setting. Not trying to hard. I usually give them an option of catching a movie afterward or going home and watching one... The latter gets picked more times than not after pizza and beer...
Other than that... It's usually whatever I'm in the mood for

Yea bud. all the town center and Mall of LA area restaurants are decent and casual. I don't like Logan's Steak House though.

No doubt. That's why the Lucy's or Schlitz downtown are good cuz you can sit on patio and there's always people watchin' to keep you chattin if necessary.
Patios are perfect for first dates for that reason there's more shite to look at and chat about.

No frickin way bro. I can tear up the one in Zachary. damned good homemade pizza and make-my-own tacos RULE.
And they now serve sliders that are on par with White Castle.

Dude...we have all eaten at Ryans. The food sucks, but the BUTTER on the rolls is good, that is about it!
