Jambalaya catering for 30 people

I am looking for someone to cook a jambalaya at my house. I have checked with the Jambalaya Shoppe and those types of businesses and they cook at their shops. I am looking for somebody to cook this at my house in the large cast iron pot. This would be for approximately 30 people or so. Nothing fancy, just a small gathering. Anybody know the right person to contact?

then you only need a 4-gallon pot for 30 people. do it yourself and save the money.

you might someone to come over and cook it, but you can save yourself some money by purchasing the raw ingredients yourself. guy is going to charge you the time to get materials, gas, and 20% markup on items. he's also going to charge you for spices and stuff that he might not even really need to buy
we had an awesome spreadsheet on here recently that gave some excellent measurements
for your size cooking, you will need to following raw materials
5# rice
24 cups of water
12 tsp salt
3.5# unpeeled onions
2 bell peppers
4 celery stalks
4 bunches green onions
17# raw meat (your decision on combination of chicken, sausage, tasso, pork, steak, etc.)
garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper

It's going to be tough to find someone to cook on site for that few people. Shoot me an email with exactly what you need and when you need it and i'll forward it to a guy I know that does that.
