There is one hilarious scene, another funny scene...and the rest was a big ole bag of MEH IMO.
The movie was also about 2:20 total running time. Which means it was at least 30 mins too long.

No doubt about it. I thought it was funny but it was at least 20 minutes too long. It dragged big time at the end.
