I have a question - is the Pastime still around (under the Miss. River bridge)?

I know I'm late in responding, yes Pastime is still there and kicking. Thinks for sharing your memories,(you & tigergeauld), it took me back and I had forgot alot. The store was on first floor but you had to kind of go up a half flight of stairs. Use to stay in N stadium,3rd floor. Use to get my munchies there. I remember a tall Albino running the store, use to give me the creeps until I got to know him. A lot of things besides beer flowed freely back then. Use to have a part time job at the field house giving out towels to the faculty and going to the plasma center 2 times a week for 20$. I remember the Library on chimes it was a skanky bar back then and the Varsity around the corner. I believe it was the end of 84 or in 85 they showed the last rocky horror picture show there. I hadn't thought about this stuff in a while, so thanks for shaking out the cob webs.
