Cosmo's food is good, just expect to wait. We went last week and waited and hour and a half for a party of six on a Tuesday. Service was not good either, but the food was.

My family always hits up Cafe Grazie in Orange Beach (below LA Lagniappe). Bread service is awesome and they have some really good entrees (pistachio crusted grouper was really bland though).

I haven't been to GS in a long time, but the restaurant at the Perdido Key Marina right on the border used to be really good.

Stay the frick away from lulu's. I wouldn't serve that food to my dog. I have no problem with fried seafood but that place is just horrible.

Cobalt is good. Triggers in Pcola is decent. I'll always love Doc's Spider Burgers.

This.

Franco's isn't that bad. The all-you-can-eat salad and bread makes it worthwhile. Cafe Grazie is good. Rotolo's just opened up. Yea, barbeque and Rotolo's would be your best bet.

I'm in Gulf Shores and have dined at the condo everynight. So far we've had beef tenderloin, blackend grouper, crab cakes, char grilled oysters, boiled royal reds, and various other items. Most of my other money is spent on Bushwackers.

We are gonna hit Lu Lu's for lunch today though...

Sounds about right. These womens are dead set on eating at lulu's. It would be fitting if it was terrible.

Notice the prices. The first time I ate there I was sure they had given me the kid's menu until I saw how much everything was. I'm not so much of a food snob that I don't enjoy battered and fried bone and shellfish, but there are better (and cheaper) places to get it. Hit King Neptunes or Doc's if that's what you are looking for.

Pick up some fresh seafood from L'artigues. They'll boil / steam shrimp, crab, potatoes, corn, etc. while you wait. Or you can call ahead.
