All you Texas tigers get out to the course and show this guy some support over the weekend. Would be nice to get the win this week after being so close.

Play is back now, and Golf Channel can suck a dick.

Freaking LPGA crap.

Birdie, -16, 7 shot lead. Par on 18 gives him a second straight 62.
What Toms is doing is unreal. Tiger Woods never did this to open a tournament.

Looks like he's making the putts this week that didn't go in the hole last week.

You sir do not know golf he only misses one putt inside of 5 feet over 73 holes. He putted very well last week. He just missed one.

I've only been playing golf and following golf for 40+ years. And you??

Ever hear of missing a birdie putt outside of 5 feet?

"David Toms of today and yesterday > Tiger Woods 2000"

Toms is playing amazing, but whoa now. Remember, in 2000 Woods was -12 at a major, when absolutely nobody else was better than +3. Oh, and also won 2 other majors.

He only tied the lead through 72 holes you do not come in second in the biggest PGA tour event without making a lot of putts

Holy David Toms...31, 31, 31, 31 for 4 nines in a row. As the old saying goes, "he's playing a game with which I am not familiar."

He said when interviewed right after the Player's that he could have put some distance between himself and the field if had putted better. By no means did he putt bad, but he thought he could've done better and he's proved it through 2 rounds this week. I hope he continues to dominate this week. He could make a huge move in the FedEx Cup this week.
