McDonald's.
Tell her there are things she can do to work her way up.

Digulio's. I've been to Little Village a number of times. Lately it appears that the awful service from the Airline location is spilling over into downtown. The ribeye price has been raised, and mine was overcooked the other night.
The waiter was incredibly rude when I ordered a bottle of Eberle Cab, basically suggesting that I knew nothing about wine. What he recommended, and what I regretably bought, was shite.
He then told me it would be a slight upcharge for a baked potato with my steak (which comes with "your choice of potato"). The "slight upcharge" was $7. For a small baked potato. For $41 bucks for a steak and a potato, I would have gone to Ruth's. They now ask if you want roasted garlic with the bread. Sure. $3. For garlic. With bread.
The entrees took forever to arrive and the place wasn't even crowded. It was a Tuesday night.
I won't be going back for dinner anytime soon.

wait.. what? So your steak comes with a potato but you let them charge you extra for it?

I read on another thread that they charge for the bread... is this only bread WITH garlic? or do they charge for the bread, then charge more for garlic?
Got to go to this place before June so any heads up is appreciated.

The menu says that it comes with the choice of a potato, apparently baked potato isn't one of those choices. When I got the bill it was a $7 charge. The waiter took it off after I told him it was ridiculous.

Really depends on what you order...
I would say I prefer Digulio's service though.
I really only go to LV for a steak though.

Sounds eerily similar to my experinces there. They continually offer a 2-4-1 gift certs through the Groupons of the world and I still won't go with the gift cert. It's become a principles thing with me.

It was taken off after I told him that it was ridiculous. I usually don't complain, but after his slow service and rudeness I told him to take it off.
