What is the exchange rate if you can immediately resell the dinars to someone else?

I probably would punt. We have no idea when Iraw currency will go up again or if they will perhaps change currency as they did one time before, which would make what you are holding worthless.

If they change currency they'll do a swap for the old notes. Central banks don't just declare existing currency worthless, but hey try these new ones instead!

The problem would be whether someone here in the US could do the exchange without going to Baghdad.
