I was close on the last game. Gave the Lakers too much respect though

**Note: I picked against them today and they won, so I'm going to just keep it up, maybe they'll keep winning. Geaux Hornets!

Bump for a sticky

Hornets just can't let things get out of hand. A loss by 8 points or less is pretty much a "moral victory" and I'll take it.

Straight up, it's Phil Jackson. The man is FIYA in the post season. He will come up with a plan to shut down paul and force our now thinned out bench to make plays for us.

I have faith the CP3 has the skills to play through Phil's superb coaching, but hopefully our bench can keep up the tough play.

Lakers - 98
Hornets - 91

And he wasn't trying to do this in game 1? Was he planning to let CP3 do whatever he wants so he can stop the likes of Trevor Ariza and Marco Belinelli? Phil Jackson is a bit overrated as a coach anyway, look at the players he had to work with when he won his championships, including 2 of probably the top 5 players to ever play the sport.

I'm sure he didn't underestimate our other players. He isn't stupid...especially considering CP3's inconsistency as of late. Now that he knows Cp3 is ready to show up, he can gameplan around him.

And ummmmm, I guess Belichick, John Wooden, Bob knight, Coack K, etc.....I Guess they are all overrated too???

No one ever wins championships without great players. To say someone who wins championships with good players is overrated is completely ignorant.

there are plenty of coaches who didn't win shite with great players as well....I don't buy into this argument very much

awesome win by the Hornets, but you better bet your arse the Lakers will come out with some fire on Wednesday

This one will not even be close. Shannon Brown dunks on CP3's head.

I'm a realist. Lakers out for blood. League won't want LA down 0-2. Recipe for disaster. Winning in NOLA is key.
