I guess she chose to ignore the LOYALTY portion of John Wooden's Pyramid of Success that she claims to uphold.

Well thought of in women's basketball community. Analyst for ESPN during championship run. Great hire.

my previous post was meant to be in response to this post

"The racism, sexism and utter stupidity in this thread amaze me. You know who you are."

Please let's not make this a thread about women's sports and sexuality---just not appropriate.
The only sexist thing I will say is that she will be much nicer to look at that than Ole Van was!

just read on UCLA board that Nikki will be bringing her entire staff with her

I was naively hoping she would just bring Tasha Butts as post coach and keep Bob and Travis.

Who knows?

Not so fast. Don't think for a second that this necessarily means she won't retain Bob. In fact, I have a feeling that she is.

Loyalty is not blind. It is a two way street.

No one could or should blame the woman for trying to improve her lot in life. That said, as long as she does not do anything to embarass LSU, it will be interesting to watch her turn this program back around. I wish her the best of good luck.

Explain how she can keep her whole staff and still keep one assistant from the previous staff? The numbers don't add up.

Exactly. What's being implied is, room will be made for Starkey. Watch and see...................

Well, I just got the word.
Nikki is not going to retain Bob Starkey. I whiffed on that one. I really hate to see him go. We're losing a great coach in him.
