This 125 lb wrestler is going to win NC. He may have advantage unfairly by being able to get lower. They say he can do 200 pullups in 2 minutes

He just won 8-0 the kid from Iowa looked scared to even engage him. Then he was confused oh how to wrestle him because he couldn't start his offense with a shoot

I guess that takes away the option of the double leg for his opponents...
that being said...if you can hit a single leg on him...

There was a guy that worked at the Yankees, no arms! He got more work done than I did, made more money, had a wife, a family, drove a better car than I did.

I really think wrestlers who wrestle against him are at the disadvantage. How many two legged wrestlers has he wrestled...and how many one legged wrestlers has his opponents wrestled. That a huge advantage.
Not to mention the whole legs worth of upper body muscle he has over everyone in his weight class.
Lets just say I don't feel bad for the guy.

If you cant perfectplex or small package the guy then huge disadvantage

I was telling my coworker about people with your "unfair advantage" point of view. The difference was the people I was talking about were Iowa wrestling fans.
Guess I'd better add at least one tOSU fan to the list.

I wouldn't call it an unfair advantage, I just don't feel bad for him when it comes to wrestling. He is using what he has and not doing anything illegally.
That also means I don't like seeing him get special treatment by the media...I obviously know why its happening, but he really doesn't deserve it.

Sounds fair. I guess I lumped you in with the OP and what I saw on another board (bitter, bitter Iowa fans
)
I say, whatever brings positive attention to collegiate wrestling is a plus. I was shocked when I moved to lower Alabama to find no SEC wrestling teams.
Slightly off topic, Penn State wins 2011 Team Wrestling National Championship! LINK with Team Points and Individual Brackets.

Yeah I got nothing against him or his team.
And yeah I agree that college wrestling needs more press. Cael sanderson brought more attention and this has been probably the biggest story since.
Congrats to Penn State. I did notice that the Big Ten was playing a large role in the tourney.

Excuse me? When you can not wrestle or get 2 pt takedowns but he can how is that fair? How is it that I'm bitter? It's just that everything you are taught about using opposite leverage goes away wrestling him.

I heard this AM on the radio that w/ crutches he runs the mile in under 8 mins.

Why can't you score a takedown?
