When i first saw it, i had to immediately assume they did it for the kids benefit of hop skotching in the yard... but then i realized they are dumb cheap asses.

Final question.... I guess I'll just eye-ball it as for how many pieces of sod I need? And go back if I run out? I'll be sure to not be cheap and smush them all together too. Don't want my neighbors looking over the fence and seeing I'm a cheap-o.

I've seen a person's yard to where they laid sod halfway to the road and left the rest bare so it would grow all the way out and cover to the road. I slowed down and just 
all the way home.
