The 2 would be nice, but isnt the end all be all. WE're the best road team in the league. 3 seed wouldn't be the end of the world

The Mavs are old and soft. They don't match up well with any playoff team when playing a 7 game series.

In a 7 game series...Portland may be too tall a task for them. Like always this team will break down because of age and because Dirk is their first option.

Mavs would beat Portland, New Orleans, Memphis, or Phoenix in a 7-game series. The only team that would maybe beat them is Denver, who they more than likely won't play.
