. We're renting a place on the lake in Grayton.
We stay in old grayton every year. If you see Sheryl Crow (she owns the house between old and new) tell her hi for me. Yes, she is hot in person.

What house are you talking about? Only house I can think of right there is the green 3 story motel. Last I saw it was a Rivard rental. Old grayton here too
, been going there a week every summer for as long as I've been alive.

We hit 30A a couple of times each summer and try to stay in different locations each time. We're eventually going to buy a place out there so we really want to see what fits our family the best. We've stayed in Seaside, Seagrove, and Dune Allen but we always visit a new place for lunch/dinner each time we go. We've been to Grayton every trip, but this time we're going to take it a whole lot slower. We have a solid week this time so we'll get a great feel for the vibe, which is real hard to do in a lunch visit.
We stayed in Seaside the first few visits, but we really like the non-master planned communities for some reason. Something about Watercolor and Rosemary...just too sterile for our taste. Looking at properties on 30A is a almost the best part of our trips. Turning down every road, seeing different peoples interpretation of beach living. We can't wait for the end of May to come this year.
