I still remember my parents going crazy watching that game.
Notice a couple of things from the video -
1. the hedges around the field
2. UM painted in one endzone
3. Ole Miss band playing Dixie as well as all those flags.

I was at that game as a junior at LSU. Ole Miss scored first in that game. Even though we won, the loss to them at Jackson the previous year still hurt the fans. That one loss during the '69 season cost LSU quite a bit of heartbreak. LSU lost more than just a game in Jackson, Mississippi.
