Moved from Prairieville to EBR 3 years ago due to traffic/distance. Don't plan on going back there or Livingston. Looked in Zachary, but just not our style - god forbid there isn't a Target in reasonable driving distance for the wife.
We've decided to bite the bullet so we'll have to live with it. Hopefully our income will continue at a good rate upward as they start HS. Guess Coverdell is the best option for now.

You aren't biting the bullet IMO. Zachary may have the best school system in Louisiana, but what does that mean? Look at a graduation program at Zachary or Central and then look at one from Catholic or SJA. 95% of the kids at SJA/Catholic go to LSU or better. Zachary/Central send some kids to great schools, but a majority of the classes head to BRCC or SLU.
