I used to be a kudzu/watermelon green man... but for the last few years watermelon red has been on fire.

In water.

I've caught a couple on it this year... first time catching with it in 3 or 4 years though. I've been doing well with black/blue too...

This plus plain purple or blue depending on water clarity. Black with a chartreuse tail is a killer if you can keep the brim off em.

Grape, Junebug, Watermelon Red, Red Shad are the colors I stick with.

Mostly depends on water color but in clear water also depends on sunny/cloudy considerations

clear water - watermelon/red flake, grape/blue flake, black/red flake (cloudy day)

stained water - junebug, red shad, tequila sunrise, black/red flake, black/blue

muddy water - solid black, solid blue

It varies... Typically purple or blue with gold flake for worms, watermelon with red flake for creature baits.

Motoroil Chartreuse

i have good luck with this color but my go to is watermelon and june bug in brush hogs. i usually use tequila sunrise in my worms.

i also got in habit of using the chartreuse garlic stuff to tip the tails with. i could be wrong but i am a believer in that.

Biggest fish i ever caught was on Junebug, but bait of choice would have to be watermelon red baby brush hog
