Followed Jones high school career beginning in 8th grade. Early in his high school career he was hitting low 90's as a pitcher. Pro scouts were salivating over the kid. Kid committed to LSU early maybe his junior year. Somewhere along the line heard he tweaked his pitching shoulder. When this happened his draft status dropped significantly from a potential 1st or 2nd rounder to where he finally got drafted. The Tigers got a gem for sure!

That's an unheard of amount of steals. Pretty sure he played in an UA AA game at Wrigley that I remember watching on ESPN U a couple years ago.. Wonder how long he's gonna stay in 9 hole?
