The guy has cleaned his act up since his debacle at Iowa State a few years back and can downright coach.
CUSA not the SEC of course, but he competes with inferior talent, facilities and makes about $400k a year. His squad made NCAA tourney this year.

LB's and DB's gotta focus on wrapping up....a leg, ankle, shoestring...etc. and pass on the initial kill shot. Hang on ...Slow him up for the 2nd guy to nail him.

Followed Jones high school career beginning in 8th grade. Early in his high school career he was hitting low 90's as a pitcher. Pro scouts were salivating over the kid. Kid committed to LSU early maybe his junior year. Somewhere along the line heard he tweaked his pitching shoulder. When this happened his draft status dropped significantly from a potential 1st or 2nd rounder to where he finally got drafted. The Tigers got a gem for sure!

Not throwing a college kid under the bus here...but number 15 took a terrible angle to the sideline for the attempted tackle and missed the runner completely. He takes proper angle... knocks runner out of bounds...10 yard gain...who knows the end result.
Bitching coaches out is one thing...poor execution by players on the field is another.

Dude is a threat to take it to the house. Sure would like to see Karnell Hatcher (pretty sure it was Karnell) tattoo this guy the same way he hammered the Mississippi State quarterback. A clean shot under the under the chin knocking him out of the game.

Purchased tickets from a person on this site using Paypal paying what was asked...after transaction was completed, a few days later I received the following email...
"John just seeing if you want tickets to the McNeese State game as well. Same section and row. These tickets would cost 97 per ticket. I actually wanted face plus TAF fees for those other tickets I sold you but I calculated wrong and charged you 100.00 less than what I paid. I just found the actual prices on lsusports.net. I dont expect you to pay the difference because that is my mistake. But just let me know if you want the mcneese state tickets which is face value plus taf fees. Thanks."
Things went downhill quickly when I asked when tickets had purchased would be shipped and allowing time to validate with LSU ticket office.
Low life scumbag was dealing with.

He was the first P.A. announcer ever heard in Tiger Stadium. Can still remember his booming voice announcing starting lineups.

1973 maybe 1974 in Tiger Stadium. LSU ranked number 7 in AP poll and Alabama ranked number 1 in AP poll going into game.
