I just found out that my section in the Dome is GONE!!!!

I just called my ticket rep and confirmed this.
My section, 138 is gone...they will call me after I renew my tickets to offer me other seats.
I knew this was going to happen to some people but I dont think it was going to happen to me.
Look at the new seating diagram to see if your section is gone or not.

Yep that's it.....I WAS in 138....
but as you can see, 138 is no longer there

Yes, but it's all good, I was going to try and relocate anyways and get 4 together somewhere else, but planning on keeping my 2 in 138....guess that's not going to happened now.

so what price are they using? for your old tickets? or you are assured the same amount of tickets in the plaza?

They are using the price for the 2 that I had in 138...I'm not to going to pay them in full until I know where I'm going to be relocated. I already have my credit for the playoff tix and then just a small amount due by the 25th....
Either way, I'm going to end up paying more than I did last year but I had already expected that, I just wanted to keep those 2 in 138...those were great seats for what I was paying.

yea im in this bullshite too, i have six tix in 147 which has turned into a a little piece of shite spot and for me to be in the same exact location of my old seats my tix will nearly double from 1000 to 1900 and they were raised from 800 the year before, i am starting to hate football

The rennovations to the Superdome include changing the seat configuration in the lower bowl of the stadium. Instead of the seats bowing outward, they're being reconfigured to run parallel to the sidelines. As a result, seats in the corner curves are eliminated but other sections will actually increase in size. I think, overall, the new configuration will actuall create around 3,000 new seats.

If it creates new seats, that is great. If it doesn't, it's a waste of f'ing time.
