I HATE EGGS!!!
its not really popular, but I think people are full of shite when they say they like foie gras(I bring this up because I got conned into ordering it, the waiter said it is a delicacy and was just out of this world good - he was a fn douche).

foie gras has a wonderful richness and buttery taste, it's just the texture that I can't handle in large amounts. and the texture thing goes for all things liver. that's probably because i've only eaten it by itself and not incorporated into another dish. the first few bites were outstanding, the rest of the slice got very difficult.

Why is the waiter a douche? And I guess I'm full of shite because I love it. I order it at restaurants and I order it from Hudson Valley and cook it at home. Maybe it's an acquired taste but an appreciated one.
