If you are grilling the steaks then throw zucchini and squash on the grill as well.

Thin cut french fries are the best side.

The best thing to go along with steak is more steak. I love eating like a carnivore.

Mushrooms, some type of potato twice baked, loaded, garlic mashed, scalloped, something green either asparagus, spinach, broccoli, salad.

i slice russit potatoes about 1/2 inch thick. place slices in rice cooker pot. add 1/2 stick of butter and seasoning. add 3/4 cup of water. shake the pot so all the seasoning spreads on taters. press cook on the rice cooker and they come out perfect everytime. this allows me to drink more whiskey outside by the pit.

The last time I ate at Ruths, I had the broiled tomato. It was excellent and not too filling. It leaves room for the beef.

One of my favorites, too.
Slice the tomato in half. Top the open surface with a dash of salt and pepper, seasoned bread crumbs, and a pat of butter.
Broil until browned and heated through.

what is the potato to water ratio? you told us how much butter and water to use but not how many (lbs?) to use.
