A little info from Coaches Committee letter if anyone is interested:

We currently have three more days of individual workouts before beginning our three-week pre-season practice this Friday, January 28th. As always all practices are open to the public and we encourage everyone to come out and give us a more "game-like" atmosphere. This weekend's schedule will be as follows:

Friday, January 28th- Practice @2:30pm, 6-inning Scrimmage @4pm

Saturday, January 29th- Practice @1pm, 6-inning Scrimmage @2pm

Sunday, January 30th- Practice @Noon, 6-inning Scrimmage @1pm

***ALL TIMES ARE APPROXIMATE AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE***

I went to a scrimmage last year. There were about 20-30 people there. You won't feel out of place.

Depends when you go, but you pretty much can sit where ever you want. Depending on what day you go, there can be as little as 10 people there to above 100.

Does anyone monitor the gates at practice? Could you bring in a few brewskis if you wanted?

You should be fine as long as you're not making a scene. Now if you try to roll a keg up the outfield bleachers in the middle of practice...

Nobody is paying attention. Like Adam said, just don't draw attention to yourself. If you pour the beer in a big plastic cup in the parking lot, you are good.

This years team reminds me of 2008, when LSU was not ranked going into the season. I know we are ranked now but we have a lot of question marks, especially on the mound. In 2008 we started slow and made that run to the CWS. If these young guys pan out it can be a great year, but the future looks bright as usual for LSU Baseball.
