You suffer from premature speculation. See a Doctor.

my thing is with the ridiculous amount of talent we have on this offense what QB wouldn't dream of playing over here. we could have one of the best running offenses in the country next year and imagine how that would open up the passing game with the receivers we have. It's hard to think about the possibilities.

Don't you think we need the OC chosen first? NO DOUBT to me he will be the wildTiger qb if we implement that package.

I promise you it will be the mission of our new OC to get the ball to the playmakers like him in space!

All these OC's we are interviewing had wet dreams last year about being able to have our stable of gamebreaking talent on offense.

First play call by Fuente at LSU:

Jet sweep to right with RS pass to DP for the TD- the crowd goes wild!

Shepard showed signs of explosiveness early in the season, but in big SEC games he was nowhere to be found

That is very true, however you have to have a QB who can spread it around!!

Toliver looked great against Texas AM but we need a QB that can get it to 5 or 6 receivers every game.

RR is a "wasted stud" right now because of the inability to get the ball 'around" to the multitude of recievers we have!

A QB will make gthat happen and mayb e Mett is the answer!! Hopefully so!

Too small and too much talent in front of him to ever play RB at lsu
Too small? Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that Trindon Holliday got carries at RB at LSU in the same offense.

Anyway, Shep is the ideal Wildcat QB. That's what I'd like to see.

pass the football. he would be devastating in a wildcat format and read option.
He is the same size as Thomas at Oregon and Pat White.
I believe that he will have the routes down and be a better qb for certain. I hope he changes his mind.

How about just getting him the ball 10-15 plays a game and letting him show what he can do, period.

until he shows an ability to make the first man miss, his touches will be limited. at this point there are better options for most of those 10-15 touches.
