Miles will never get rid of Crowton

It would be an admission that Crowton is not the man for the job and replacing him after all this time reflects poorly on Miles as being indecisive. All the Miles supporters would say "Why tinker with perfection" since everything is so rosy.... or are there some lingering doubts that say the wheels could fall off the program anytime - as evidenced by the growing list of near-catastrophes??
