What is the trick to keep the shell from sticking to the egg when you peel them? I hate it when I can't peel the shell of the egg without tearing it apart. It happens about 50% of the time. I'm not sure what it is that I'm doing wrong...

I've heard using older eggs will help, as more air seeped in the shell and detaches the egg from the shell. Also, don't overboil them.

This is my trick. After boiling, rinse them in cold water for a good while and them let them stand in ice water for 10 minutes. The rapid change in temperature will cause the shell to cool at a diferent rate than the skin, making them separate.

A tablespoon of white vinegar and nothing else will matter. Easy peel eggs every time. You're welcome.
