per jordy hultberg on the radio .. new contract at LSU .. not going to michigan ..

If this is true I would not call it "Milked". Whatever he gets he completely deserves and it is market driven.

I'm not sure what to think of all this

I'm bummed. We lost our chance.

Why do people think Coach Miles is "milking" or "using" the whole Miles to um thing? The man DESERVES whatever he gets. He has SEC & a NC, he wins 10 games a year, he recruits like a mad man, his players love & play FOR him. If he gets more money or security from this whole scenerio, then good for him. Don't we all wish our bosses would do anything & everything they could to keep us if another company came calling? Some people just want to titty-baby this whole situation up beyond recognition of big time college football/business.

If anyone knows about milking LSU, it's Jordy.

Until the LSU AD makes a statement, I'm not believing everything I hear.

Well, when you consider that the LSU athletic department made over $120 million dollars this season, if Miles gets bumped up to $4 million from $3.75 million, I wouldn't really call that "milking".

because a lot of people around here have triple digit IQs, the ability to reason, and common sense ..

sure .. he was the fifth highest paid coach in college football before this .. he was getting exactly what he deserved ..

absolutely .. good for him .. now let's hope he continues to produce .. otherwise you will see him around here for a long long time because you know he made sure the monster buy out stayed in that contract ..

because Miles already had LSU over a barrel with his current contract. The built-in extensions, huge buyout, etc. made it nearly impossible for LSU to get rid of him. I can only imagine what it looks like now.
