I agree. Sometimes coaches don't do their jobs as well as they should be. Urbs and Mack clearly didn't give the effort they gave in previous years. And Urbs knew he didn't and wouldnt and thats why he wanted to quit before the season and did so after.

I do agree with most of this. But does he just want a verbal commitment? Because how exactly do you put this in a contract?
