I get that BelowPar said that, but Les does not deserve any more money nor length in his contract.
Outside of the stupid rollover terms, they should require him to at least win the SEC west for any further extensions.

Chicken, if he goes four or five years without a trip to ATL, there is a problem, and if we are going to start coming in no better than third in our own division, needs to go.

My point is simply that Les has gotten his big contract extension and then raise after winning the SEC and the NC. Fine. That makes sense.
Should LSU thus be stuck paying him 10 years at top 3 salary to not win another SEC West title?
If Les is worth the money, he'll get LSU another SEC West title, thus he'll have achieved it again.
If Les stays, he should have the contract reworked for his benefit and LSU's, but to guarantee him any more money would be ridiculous.
