Maybe temporarily, but not for long.
There is too much regulatory paperwork for that to happen permanently, not to mention the costs associated with it.

Whitney will keep its name in La and Tx, not sure but Hancock in La may operate under the Whitney name as well.

Wrong... Was on the conf call with CEOs from both companies and They will keep the branding of whitney permanent in TX and LA
