Unfortunately there is no one definitive answer to this. It is subjective. If you find a poll though with movies lying in the upper tail of an imagined bell curve...you have a pretty close answer to perfect. >=95%

Hmmm, some will laugh at this dated chestnut, but "To Kill a Mockingbird" was pitch perfect for what it was.
Also, "Godfather II" comes close.
And . . .here's one that most on this board will dislike . . . "In the Bedroom".
