I'd say Turner can't be far from making that list as well. Best freshman guard combo in the country IMO.

Great stuff.

Sidenote -- looking at the top end of the list, I see Perry Jones from Baylor. If they're ever on tv, check that guy out. His game is smooth, very fun to watch.

Stringer and Dotson will help us win some games in the next few years. We probably are another year out before an NCAA tourney run, especially with Johnny O'Bryant coming in next season!

They're good players no doubt. But in the head-to-head game in Tupelo, LSU's guards outplayed Memphis for much of the game. None of them were on fire offensively but Stringer and Turner outscored Jackson and Barton and committed fewer turnovers. Much closer than the 9-point final spread as Stringer made a shot to give LSU the lead with about 5 minutes to play. Witherspoon(Think that was his name)pulled that game out for Memphis with a great performance down the stretch as LSU went cold.

they are all eating there words up to this point in the season, i was looking at the schedule i dont think Its crazy to think we could be 13-2 going into conference play, if stringer and turner can continue to produce the way they are and Malcolm and Warren continue to be more aggressive

They have both exceeded my expectations to this point. I actually see more upside with Turner.

I was concerned that Stringer might be a shoot first ball hog akin to Fortson at Arkansas. To this point he has been more controlled than my worst fears had imagined. Needs to work on going left...teams will start shading him.

But I see a bright future with those two. I see solid program guys that will be here for four years. A backcourt we can build a program on.
