and curse and throw your headset. If you don't have the hosses, it don't matter. All this bull about discipline and getting players attention is garbage.

I'll take Les any day. He don't lose to the ULM's of the world and lose a game like that Auburn game. They were rolling Auburn and it look like they quit.

Just to be fair and keep it level because the overly rainbow and unicorn or overly negative posts come out after games like this... but Les has had more than his fair share of letting teams back in to games.

Can't remember Les blowing a 24 pt lead and losing the game though! Maybe he has but not in recent memory! In my opinion, Les is a better recruiter, better coach and a much better human being than Saban!

No. Getting in a guy's face an berating him on national tv is way way overrated.

Seriously, if this happens to you every week does this make you play better?

Did you see the video of Saban hitting the back up QB from an earlier game this year when he messed up. Saban was riding him and hitting him.

Imagine how well you would respond if your boss acted like that towards you and you constantly had to fear what the boss would do to you if you made a mistake.

It's a crappy way to "lead".

It's fun to watch though. I prefer the Les Miles intimidation fist tactic.
