I don't have to worry about that. Wisky IMO is the best team in the country right now and will beat anyone

This entire thread is yet another argument for a playoff.

Just because they've run the score up on some weaklings, don't get ahead of yourself. I think Auburn and Oregon would both smoke them.

He makes perfect sense. LSU, Arkansas, Alabama, Stanford, Ohio State, Wisconsin, Iowa, Mich State are all undefeated with Boise State or TCU's schedule. But if you flipped that, and made BSU/TCU play those schedules, they lose 1, at least.
I get so tired of seeing this.
If you can't PROVE IT, then don't POST IT.
Everything you just posted is a mixture of speculation/opinion.

Maybe Oregon. Auburn? I think Wisconsin's power run game would make the Aubbies cry.

TCU and Boise have absolutely no business in the NC discussion.

Like they made Iowa cry?

Miami, Illinois, Mich, and Colorado are not based on performace this year and in some cases historically also.
Come on, man, three of those schools are better than at least 8 of the teams TCU played this season

I hate ESPN. again they blow boise and dismiss the fact that these top power conference teams would easily go undefeated in Boise's place.
They go as far as saying "This guy obviously doesn't know anything about college football"
Just absolutely belittling the guy.. I wish I could boycott ESPN.. but unfortunately they are the only 24/7 sports network. Wish they were more balanced in their views and opinions.

BTW I am a huge Big 10 hater and SEC homer.. however I have been saying all season the Big 10 is actually pretty legit this season. They've been one of the most competitive and pleasurable conferences to watch.

Iowa has a defense. Auburn, not so much. Apparently you didn't see the Wisconsin/Iowa game. Iowa was unable to stop Wisconsin's power running game and ultimately it led to the Wisconsin win.

Great news. I've said all along the only way a playoff can happen in the near future if the TCUs and Boise States of the world keep taking up at-large BCS bids and play for the national championship a couple times. Some people thought college presidents and athletic directors would make it out to be a good thing if the BCS national championship game had non-AQs so they could point out the system works. I thought if something like that happens, it would just piss them off and apparently I'm right about that.

The Big 10 helped create the crappy BCS system we now have - this is too funny
Need a playoff!!!

If we have a playoff and a Boise or TCU beats OSU I wonder if they will just pickup their toys and go home???

Nobody questions whether or not TCU or Boise State can beat the elite teams in a one game take all situation. They certainly can. What most of us question is whether or not those teams are capable of going 11-1, 12-0 through the weekly grind of a SEC or Big Ten schedule. It's two completely different standards teams are held up against. Does anybody believe a team like Arkansas wouldn't have gone 12-0 through Boise State or TCU's schedule? But they're out of the national championship hunt while Boise State and TCU are still in the mix. If there was a playoff system, teams like TCU and Boise State would have to beat three, maybe four really good teams in a row. And if they do just that, nobody will complain about their weak schedule ever again.
