I still want to know what makes a window cost 2k. Sounds like DoD spending.

lead paint and asbestos abatment.....the windows themselves aren't that costly, but the setup to remove the windows safely and meet environmental standards is what costs the money.....

The window itself probably doesn't cost 2 Gs. The cost of taking the old one out and putting the new one in is mixed in with the cost. Not to mention Tiger Stadium is kinda old so they have to be careful.
