No problem! Did you see the pic of the salad that I put in your thread?

Yeah, I'm not huge on fruit in salads, but I think the strawberries would go well with everything else.
I think that's what we'll make.

You can leave out the fruit. I wasn't a fan either, but I was converted. Just use a few slices for garnish/presentation, if you want and eat around them. The girls might like fruit, though.

It didn't come out well for me, the first time. I tinkered with it a lot. Now, I have it down. I googled for it and found it somewhere. Had no egg, I believe and needed more binder. I'm guessing it was a misprint. I think these are great. I've made them ahead of time and rewarmed and frozen them cooked and rewarmed. Worked great. I'm going to try crawfish.
Thanks for the recipe. I made a bazillion of them for a big party and they were a hit.

Bump for Mouton and LSUAfro.
Afro, did you end up making these? Sorry I missed your bump. I think I was out of town.

Gris Gris,
I don't have time to read 3 pages. Can you tell me what page I can find your successful recipe?
Thanks!
