thick cut slab off a block of pepperjack is my favorite. had some tonight. over a slice of panchetta and and a slice of proscuitto...on top my burger patty.

thin wheat bread.

Whole Foods does not carry Fromunda cheese FWIW.

I cannot think where else I might find it here.
