So my dad bought me some goat ribs from the LSU Dairy store the other day. Never done goat ribs, only shanks and cubed meat.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
BTW, I do not have a smoker...

I think you can make a Rogan Gosh with goat ribs
Maybe try some recipes for that?

I'd slow cook them like any other rib. Sounds really good.

When's the best time to buy meat from the dairy store? I've been wanting to do this for months now....

My uncle made some a few years back. It was very good. He said is boiled them then bbq'd. But I like the idea of slow cooking..

I would cook them the same way i would lamb. I would also probably grill them with S&P, olive oil, and rosemary.

One more bump,
I'm thawing them out right now. If anybody could suggest a curry powder or where to get it, that would be appreciated.
I'm going for a Jamaican curry ribs, with a scotch bonnet added

ETA menu featuring curry goat, cooked by a Jamaican. Doesn't get any better than this, and her and her staff are some of the nicest genuine people. You might be able to get a recipe or at least tips from her. If anything, stop by and have some great food sometime:

I've been meaning to go there for years. It's just far away enough to sway me not to.
